If equipment has a broken component then, when we have determined the problem, correctly specified the replacement part and received your approval, we fit it and ensure all is working as expected.
Unlimited phone support: We are your IT department, you speak to our help desk about your IT issues. You can report problems, ask questions, and check the status of requests.
Unlimited remote support: Our experience tells us that about 50% of problems you may have can be fixed quickly by us from our offices using a secure link over the internet to your offices.
Unlimited site visits: If we can’t fix it remotely we send someone!
Remote monitoring of Servers: We aim to be as pro-active as we can and by monitoring your servers we can often prevent problems from happening or when they do happen we can fix things promptly.
