Unlimited phone support: We are your IT department, you speak to our help desk about your IT issues. You can report problems, ask questions, and check the status of requests.
Unlimited remote support: Our experience tells us that about 50% of problems you may have can be fixed quickly by us from our offices using a secure link over the internet to your offices.
Unlimited site visits: If we can’t fix it remotely we send someone!
Remote monitoring of Servers: We aim to be as pro-active as we can and by monitoring your servers we can often prevent problems from happening or when they do happen we can fix things promptly.
